This unit offers stunning ocean views from both the living room and the primary bedroom, each with direct balcony access, putting the Atlantic right at your fingertips. The Ocean Dunes Resort features 3 outdoor pools. 1 indoor pool, a hot tub, playground and exercise room. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a TV and a sleeper sofa, perfect for families that include littles. The open floor plan creates a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy time together. The oceanfront primary bedroom features a king bed, a 50" TV, and balcony access, allowing you to wake up and fall asleep to the sights & sounds of the ocean. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with both a queen and a twin bed, along with a 32" TV, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The Ocean Dunes Resort also includes passes to the Recreation Center with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, shuffleboard, playground, basketball and tennis court access. This property is perfectly situated between 2 oceanfront pools and the beach access is conveniently located just beside the building.Parking limited to 2 vehicles -No Boats, Trailers, Campers, etc. Allowed. Golf Cart counts as 1 Vehicle -no charging capabilities at property -Gas Powered Golf Carts not allowed in Kure Beach or Ft. Fisher. NO Car Charging Capabilities.
GRILLS: No grilling is permitted on the decks or in the carports or within 15 feet of a building. There are several grilling stations located at picnic and gazebo areas.

Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
