Lovingly built by our family in 1988/89, Sea5 is a heartfelt tribute to our dad, who proudly served in the Air Force, flying C5 cargo planes. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, spend quality time with family, or simply enjoy the serene beauty of coastal living, Sea5 offers the perfect setting. With both modern amenities and classic charm, this beach home is the ideal place for your next unforgettable vacation.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with ample storage for beach gear and an outside shower.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom  with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access. King Master Bedroom  with a private bathroom and deck access. Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hallway bathroom, Bedroom with a Bunk Sets  and flat-screen TV and the laundry area with stacked washer and dryer.

Top Level: The great room with gas fireplace, kitchen and dining room were designed with high, natural pine ceilings and large windows creating a bright, airy atmosphere with open views.  Great room with flat-screen TV,   kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, half bath, dining area with seating for 10 and access to the sun room/porch perfect for peaceful meals or simply enjoying the shade and fresh air. Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and private bathroom.

Extras: 3  TVs, wireless internet access, gas grill, outside shower, ping pong, corn hole, screened porch, high chair, Keurig & standard coffee makers, gas fireplace (Nov 1- April 30), carport and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
