Ground Level features a Bonus "Pool" Room with a Queen Bed, cozy sitting area with a television and half bath. Beautifully decorated with direct access to the pool deck, it's the perfect space to unwind or enjoy a front-row view of the fun!

Level One brings everyone together with its open-concept floor plan that includes the Living Area, Dining Area and Kitchen. This level also features a half bath, laundry area, and access to the wraparound deck - ideal for enjoying the view and al fresco dining.

Level Two boasts multiple bedrooms, including Bedroom #1 with a King, Private Bath and television, Bedroom #2 with a Queen, Bedroom #3 with a Queen and shared full bathroom.
