An enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water is convenient after beach outings. Beach wagon is provided for your convenience. Two public beach accesses within 300 ft. Public boat ramp directly across Emerald Drive (boat parking at the house). Available year-round. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Dogs allowed with $300 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, 50 lb. limit, no cats). 100 Coquina Drive.

This property rents monthly in the off-season, year-round. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
