With a convenient elevator, getting to your coastal retreat is a breeze.

The cozy queen bedroom offers a restful night's sleep, while a hallway built-in twin bunkbed and sleeper sofa adds extra space for kids or additional guests. Keyless entry access is located on the front door. Beside the front door you'll find parking passes and pool passes. Guests are given 2 parking passes only and they must remain on the vehicle mirror at all times. Lost passes or pool passes result in a fine. The pool is open from Mid May to October 31st.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
