The other king bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a twin sofa bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. All of the bedrooms have access to the covered waterfront deck. The one king ensuite bathroom has a door to the hallway. The fourth bedroom is an alternate TV room with a sofa/trundle bed (two twin beds). An enclosed outdoor shower is located on the ground level with a wonderful, covered patio area and plenty of relaxing chairs.
