Your vacation home is located in Topsail Beach, just 3.8 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You are close to a few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City!   Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island's past.

• Pet Free - No pets allowed by anyone on the premises
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for an additional fee.
• Parking is located alongside the home on Fields Ave. Please NO parking in the back yard of the home. Tires must be completely off the pavement per Town of Topsail Beach.
• Public Beach Access located between 403 & 405 N Anderson.
