Inside you will find a Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave with pool deck access. Off the Den is a Room with a Single Bed  (no closet), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a desk and a full hallway bath.

Mid Level: Open Den/Sitting Area with Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, desk, private deck and private bathroom., laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and deck access plus a reading loft/sitting area with books. Kitchen with Keurig & standard coffee makers and counter seating for 6. Dining room seating 10 with deck access and outside dining table. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom with jetted tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property has 2 Cameras facing away from the home, 1 on the front (mid level) of the home and 1 in the carport.
This property does not provide beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
