The Main Residence offers an elevator to all levels, grand foyer, open living area with Smart TVs, and a gourmet kitchen with wet bar, large breakfast nook, Thermador cooktop, and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The oceanfront primary suite is located on the main level with a king bed, private terrace, massive walk-in closet with mini-fridge, fire place, and oceanview walk-in shower. The upper level includes a large loft gathering area with coffee bar, refrigerator, sink, and workspaces, along with a lookout room and two new bedrooms: one large bunk suite with a king bed, XL twin-over-queen bunk, XL twin bunk, and XL daybed plus lounge seating and TV with large couch, and a second bedroom with a king bed and two twins with trundle. Two updated full baths are accessible from the hallway, each with separate vanity areas and private toilet/shower rooms. The Second Residence (Guest Tower) includes three king suites with private baths, a living area, kitchenette. The Third Residence (Cabana Tower) features three additional bedrooms (two king suites and a bunk room with two triple bunks and trundles - 8 twins), a full kitchen, and a living/game area with pool table and Smart TVs.
