The public beach access is just at the top of the Duneside Dr. The beautifully decorated home offers plenty of space while making it feel cozy and intimate, especially around the blue quartzite fireplace. With additional approval this home is perfect for Weddings, Reunions, Rehearsal Dinners, and any special gathering that lifetime memories are the goal. Please inquire about details. • Hallway wet bar, coffee bar, microwave, elevator access, powder room, and sunrise balcony with 2 chairs and small table.  
• Bedroom 3 Bunk beds 4 twins with en-suite bathroom tub/shower, ceiling fan, TV, bed guards, and pack and play.

For your convenience there is a 36-place setting of Mikasa China for indoor use and a 36-place setting of melamine dinnerware for outdoor use.
