Located on the peaceful north end of the island, this second-row stunner offers the best of both worldseasy beach access just steps away and stunning peek-a-boo ocean views that will make your heart swell like the tide. From the bright, open living room to the oceanside decks, you'll find the views so inviting, you might forget to check your phone (finally!).

The clever reverse floor plan puts the most scenic spaces where they belongupstairs, with sweeping breezes and shimmering Atlantic views as your daily backdrop. No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.

The town of North Topsail Beach has installed a sandbag barrier along the shoreline of the farther end of New River Inlet Road. The beach in this area is still accessable and enjoyable! Linens (Sheets and Towels) ARE Included with Lewis Realty reservations!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
