It is golf and beach time at this gorgeous ground level three bedroom/two and a half bath retreat in Sea Trail Resort at Sunset Beach!. The floor plan is an open concept featuring adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas.  The living area has a large Smart TV (streaming only - guests must use own streaming accounts/apps), gas fireplace, ceiling fan and French doors that open to a large, screened porch area with a golf course view. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway by the kitchen area. The utility room in the entry hall has a full-sized washer/dryer, vacuum, mop, broom and iron/ironing board for guest use. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo and has a queen bed and private bath with direct access to the screened porch. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining area with seating for four and additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar.  The second and third bedrooms are in the front of the condo and have a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other bedroom.  There is a full shared bath for these two bedrooms with a walk-in shower.  Osprey Ridge at Sea Trail is convenient to community amenities within Sea Trail and a short 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach.
