Master Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, TV and Private bathroom. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, TV and Shared full bathroom. Bonus Room offers a Queen bed. Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator including Icemaker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Garbage Disposal, Air Fryer, Slow Cooler, Blender.

Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

-Parking Allowance is for Two Vehicles Only.
-Parking Pass required for parking.
-Check-In and parking pass pickup are at the Emerald Isle Rental Office.
-Boat/Trailer and/or or overflow Parking are Not Permitted at the Complex.
-Check-in is 4:00 PM - no exceptions.
-Monthly stay guests, when monthly stays permitted, are subject to a background check.
