All rooms - living areas and bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean. Dishwasher, washer/dryer (shared), Smart TVs throughout for streaming, wireless Internet access. Hot/cold outside showers. Ground level, shared game room with basketball and pool table leads directly to the pool deck. Pool, game room, washer/dryer are all shared between East, West and downstairs bungalow. Available year-round. Three-night minimum November through March; weekly only all other times. No smoking. Dogs allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, dogs only, absolutely no cats). 4802 Ocean Drive. Downstairs is rented privately and tenant may have use of the pool.
