Downstairs, the first bedroom has a queen. This bedroom has a private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. This bedroom has a private bath with a tub shower. A half bath is also located on this level. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double bottom - twin top) and a private bath with shower only. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with shower only.
This property proudly features a private floating dock, private pool with security fencing, Enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower. The canal-side deck is covered and offers an outdoor dining area.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Secure Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, Poolside Chairs and bar, Golf Cart outlet to charge your golf cart on ground level. This property provides cable service. For your additional enjoyment, streaming on five Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own accounts. All new air conditioning system for 2025.

At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
