This is a perfect spot to take in the ocean breeze and enjoy morning coffee or relax as the sun sets in the afternoon. The living room has a large screen smart television (Roku - streaming only - guests must use own streaming accounts), comfy reclining sofa and loveseat perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or golf course. The bedrooms are configured with queen/double beds in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a smart TV (Roku - streaming only) and private bath.  The master bedroom is just off the main living area and has a walk-through closet leading to the shared common area and master bedroom bath. The kitchen is well-stocked with all appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range and has granite countertops and a large pantry for food storage. Small appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, can opener, are also included.  The dining area has a dining table with seating for four and the raised kitchen granite bar offers additional seating for three. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer. Located only minutes from lovely Sunset Beach and a multitude of area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience.  Community outdoor pool, tennis courts, charcoal grills and picnic tables are located within the condo complex. Complimentary linens, towels and departure maid service included with all guest rentals.
