Located just a short 800-foot stroll from the beach, this spacious Outer Banks haven pairs classic beach town charm with top-tier entertainment. From a private hot tub under the stars and a panoramic crow's nest to an action-packed ground-level rec room loaded with a pool table, pinball, and classic arcade games. Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the sprawling wrap-around deck, unwinding in the sunroom after a day in the surf, or bringing along your favorite four-legged friends, The Sandy Dune sets the stage for unforgettable Outer Banks memories.

Outside: Exterior amenities include a carport with a hammock and hammock swing, outside shower and charcoal grill. Steps lead you to an expansive deck wrapping around to the hot tub, and more steps to a crow's nest to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and starry nights.

Ground Level: Inside you'll find a Rec Room (no interior access to top level) with a pool table, flat screen TV, pinball machine, 2 arcade games, mini-refrigerator and a half bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: With an open floor plan, the large dining and great room offers plenty of space for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Great room with flat-screen TV, wood stove, deck access, kitchen with large breakfast bar seating 6, dining area seating 8 and deck access. Sunroom with flat-screen TV and deck access to the Hot Tub.   To the left of the living area you'll find a  Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV. To the right of the living areas you'll find another  Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a flat-screen TV.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, wood stove, pool table, mini-refrigerator, pinball machine, 2 arcade games, charcoal grill, outside shower, sunroom, carport. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome (2 Max). Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15.  House Address: 181 Teresa Court, Duck. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Singles, 2 Bunk Sets. Distance to beach access: 844'.  Key Type: Keyless entry.  CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only) on 2027 reservations. Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount on 2027 reservations. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
