A sizable pantry provides plenty of storage for groceries and the well-stocked kitchen ensures that meal preparation will be a breeze. The kitchen table is perfect for sharing home cooked meals, but the sit-in counter bar offers additional seating for guests or a casual breakfast before hitting the beach.
Down the hall the first guest bedroom makes wonderful accommodations for youngsters as it is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed and smart tv. There is an additional twin size trundle bed that stows away below the full bed for additional occupants. Across the hall there is a full bathroom that shares jack and jill access to the adjoining king guest room. The king guest room is comfortably furnished and offers a closet as well as a smart tv for your guest's comfort. A third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary suite. Furnished with a lush king-sized bed, this suite includes a large bathroom complete with dual vanities, a private water closet, walk in shower, and large garden tub. Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
