Sip your favorite beverage while soaking up the sun poolside, or from multiple porches and sundecks. This home features four bedrooms and four baths on the lower level, and an open floor plan on the second level, along with a master bedroom and walk-in shower. The dining area has seating for 16 or more, a breakfast bar with additional seating, Enjoy other amenities at this coastal retreat, including covered and open decks.

Lower level has 3 bedrooms and each has a Queen and a single bed. Another bedroom has a set of bunk beds and another a set of Pyramid bunks which is a single on the top and a double on the bottom.

The upstairs bedroom has a King bed.

Amenities include 10 X 20 private pool, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, and secure Wi-Fi. The golf cart outlet is on the left bay.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
