This home provides an oceanfront experience. This unique second row home features four bedrooms plus a den upstairs and four & a half baths on two levels. On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed plus a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top. These three bedrooms have private bathrooms with tub/shower combo. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed. This bedroom's private bath has a garden tub with a separate shower. The den upstairs has a sleeper sofa and a privacy curtain. Also, a roll-a-way bed is provided. There are seven Smart TVs, one in each bedroom, one in the living room, one in the den, and one by the pool. There are eight chairs in the dining room, and four chairs at the kitchen island.
Amenities include a private pool, which may be heated off-season for an additional $100.00 a night (3 Night Minimum - Must notify Williamson Realty in writing at least one week in advance). There's a hot and cold water enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, iron/ironing board, secure Wi-Fi and gas grill. Even though this is a second row house, you will think you're on the oceanfront, with its magnificent, unrestricted ocean views, and location at the beach access.
This property has keyless entry.
There's a golf cart outlet under the house.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Top bunk beds will not be made. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*
