STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 250 West Second Street Unit 2-D - This second floor, mid island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and a double, and the third has two singles. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board and secured WiFi. This condo provides cable service through Direct TV as well as 3 Smart TVs with Streaming that may be accessed with guest's own account. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon. This complex is located just off Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
