DESCRIPTION
Amenities include 35 X 16 private pool, new dock, screened porch, an enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, ceiling fans, central heat and air, icemaker, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service. Streaming on seven Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you'll need to stop by our office to get your rental packet.
The golf cart outlet is in the carport.
Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests. Top bunk beds will not be made.
