General features include wireless Internet access, designer ceiling fans throughout, iron/ironing board, whirlpool tub, hair dryers, washer/dryer. Main living area offers a 65" TV with Bose Sound Bluetooth speaker system, wet bar. Recently professionally decorated and furnished in an upscale coastal modern décor. Weekly only. Available year-round. Monthly rentals available during the off-season. No smoking. No pets. Please note: Scheduled walkway maintenance on the West side, first floor units is currently taking place. Construction noise is expected throughout the project.

This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
