These devices are used solely for safety and security purposes. Property owners are required to configure any exterior surveillance devices to record video only and not audio. Property owners are also required to ensure that no surveillance devices are located inside the rental property or in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
GRILLS- There are several grilling stations located at picnic and gazebo areas. No grilling is permitted on the decks or in the carports or within 15ft of a building.
Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set By Owner. Sleeps up to 8 guests with a max of 6 adults.
Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc.) are allowed at this property.

Effective January 1, 2027, Ocean Dunes will change our rules and regulations towards electric vehicles, electric bicycles, and electric golf carts.
The change reads as follows:
No Electric Vehicles, bicycles, or golf carts with lithium-ion or lithium-ion type batteries can be parked or charged under the buildings or building structure.
It is the owner or guest's responsibility to know which type of battery may be in these vehicles.
There is outside parking by some of the buildings and there is parking at the Ocean Dunes recreation center.
If the above vehicle must be parked by the unit, no part of the vehicle can be parked under the carport or the building structure. In addition, if parked by the unit, the vehicle cannot impede access through the building drive or block a stairway.
Golf carts that use automobile type batteries can be charged in parking areas. It is the owner or guest's responsibility to know which type of battery may be in this equipment. Golf Cart counts as 1 Vehicle- NO CHARGING CAPABILITIES AT PROPERTY -Gas Powered Golf Carts not allowed in Kure Beach or Ft. Fisher. NO Car Charging Capabilities.
