Located in the mainland town of Sneads Ferry this beautiful home is both a private oasis and centrally located to shops, schools, and activities. Hidden Gem is in the beautiful and well-planned "The Landing at Mill Creek" neighborhood. Very comfortable and spacious it truly feels like your home away from home.
The first floor consists of a large open floor plan. With everything you'll need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for an average day of meal prep. The dining room table seats 6. Everyone will be able to find a place to sit to enjoy a movie or game night in the comfortable living room with a sofa, a love seat, and a swivel chair. There is a smart TV located over the gas log fireplace.
Upon walking in the front door, you are greeted with the spacious and open floor plan including the living room, kitchen, and dining area. To the left of this is a doorway leading to the hall where the bedrooms are found. The front bedroom has a pretty queen-sized bed and wall-mounted smart TV. The center bedroom has a twin-sized bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for these 2 rooms to share with a bathtub/ shower. The master bedroom is large and comfortable. There is a queen-size bed, an inviting chaise lounge you'll want to curl up on to read a book in, and a desk and chair if you must work from home. The master bedroom closet is outfitted with shelving and drawers. You will love the large master bath with both a step-in shower and a separate jetted tub. This home sleeps 6.
On the right side of the common area is a hallway with a half bath that leads to the interior entrance to the 2-car garage. There is a large and well-thought-out laundry room with a washer and dryer, rinse station sink, and overhead cabinets. Up the stairway is a finished room over the garage which can comfortably sleep 4 and serves as a great play area for the kids or a private workspace for the adults. There is a television and games in the upstairs room to get the fun started.
You will love the screened-in, tile-floored back porch. There is a table for 4 just calling out for a card game and a hammock to hang out in. You have access to this great gathering area through the living room and master bedroom. The backyard is completely fenced-in and private.
Located within the Dixon school district, it is only a 30-minute drive to the main gates of Camp Lejeune (less than 10 minutes to the back gates and Stone Bay) and not even a full mile from the closest food store and pharmacy this home is centrally located to all you'll need during your stay. Surrounded by fun restaurants, shopping and, it's only a 5-minute drive over the North Topsail Beach bridge to enjoy a day at the beach: You shouldn't let this home getaway! Whether you are planning on staying for only a weekend, a week, a month, or two, or need a longer lease, the Hidden Gem is the perfect home for you. Allow yourself to become a part of the fishing village that is Sneads Ferry with all the conveniences you could want.

Arrival and Departure:
Summer Check-ins begin at 4:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM. Topsail Beach office ends at 5:00 PM.
Off-season check-ins: begin at 3:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM.
Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Check out: Is before 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
Other Things to Note:
Rates Include- Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events. No Smoking.
Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
The Area: Topsail is a 28-mile-long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and a beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA - now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, and order from the restaurant.
