Outside, in addition to the deck spaces, make use of the gas grill to cook up your favorite seaside fare. Covered and driveway parking. With the home's close proximity to the public beach access walkover just 200 feet to the east, you'll be on the sandy shore in no time! The enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water makes for convenient after-beach clean up.
