Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TVs and private bathroom; one with deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and deck access. Full hall bathroom and a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

Top Level: Open, window-lined great room with large flat-screen TV and deck access, ships watch with seating and sound views, dining area seating 16 and the kitchen offers granite counter tops, Viking 6-burner stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and breakfast bar seating 5. Half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and deck access.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4  chairs and 1  umbrella  will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, 6/30/25 - 8/22/25.  Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
