Latitude Adjustment (HIA415)

Ground Level:  Ground Level Amenities include a fully gated private pool with a hot tub, a private driveway for parking up to 8 vehicles, an outside shower, a park-style charcoal grill, and nearby beach access. The entry door is through the covered parking area into the foyer with a laundry area and a large closet to store your beach gear.  

Mid Level: As you make your way up to the mid-level, you will find 4 bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is a King  Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #3, containing a DuoBunk (Twin over Full),  flat-screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #4 is a King  Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with  Bedroom #5, which is furnished with  a Queen Bed, a  flat-screen TV, and deck access. From the covered deck, you can access the pool area, hot tub, or the top-level sun deck.  

Top Level: You are greeted by a  Great room with vaulted ceilings, large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, and deck access with ocean views. The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has updated appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Off the Great Room is access to Bedroom #1, the  King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and sunroom access with sound views, and a private full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower.   As a bonus, make your way up to the loft, from the dining area, which has seating for 6.

Extras: Private Pool (heated for $500 per week), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, sunroom, wet bar, sun decks, charcoal grill, Keurig, books, games, and an outside shower. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Flex Stays (3-Night Minimum) All Year. House Address: 41404 Ocean View Drive, Avon.  Distance to Beach: Oceanfront.  Beds: 3  Kings, DuoBunk (Twin over Double), 1 Queen. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-In Location: Check-in at Property.

PRIVATE POOL is open from April until Mid October  
Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 per week  (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Garage is not available for guest use

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Military Discount: This home offers a 10% military discount on 2026 reservations and a 5% military discount on 2027 reservations  (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
