Along with all the beach has to offer, this home also features your own private backyard oasis with a large in-ground pool, plenty of relaxing seating, 2 charcoal grills, a corn hole set, and a bocce ball court. There is also a 9.5-foot dining table that seats 12.  

Both the front and back of the home have large covered porches with plenty of Polywood seating, including huge wrap-around covered porches on the ocean side. There's also an elevator, outdoor storage, an outdoor shower, an electric car charger, and plenty of parking (space for 8 cars).  

This home is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the new Publix supermarket, golf, boating, fishing, water sports, nature trails, mini-golf, and ice cream, and is just a short drive into Southport, Wilmington, or Myrtle Beach.
