Inside you'll find the Rec Room with pool table, flat-screen TV, deck access and wet bar with mini-sink and full-size refrigerator. Master Bedroom with 2 Singles,  TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and flat-screen TV and a full hallway bath.

Mid Level: 4 Queen Master Bedrooms  each with flat-screen TV and private bathrooms and another Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets,  flat-screen TV/DVD and private bathroom. Full hall bathroom an laundry area with washer and dryer. Shaded furnished deck with hammock.  

Top Level: Open Great Room with hardwood floors, flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with quartz kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 5. Dining area seating for 11 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with garden tub. Open furnished deck with picnic table for outdoor dining.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
  

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
