The open kitchen and dining areas offer seating at the kitchen bar for 4 and the dining table has seating for 6.  The living room has a Smart TV and two cozy couches.  The living area has french doors that open to a balcony to enjoy the outdoors with views of the pool.  This is the perfect spot to relax with a beverage and take in the coastal breeze. There are two front bedrooms with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom.  Both front bedrooms have Smart TVs and ceiling fans.  Sunset Beach is only a 3 mile drive and the area has multiple golf courses convenient to the condo.  This makes this location a prime spot for the best golf and beach vacation!  Fresh linens/towels and departure cleaning service are included with every rental. The Colony II community has an indoor pool /hot tub with exercise room and outdoor pool along with grilling/picnic areas located in the courtyard.
