All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.

Community Amenities Include:

-3 Pools including gated, heated Oceanfront Pool and Soundfront Pool with Children's Pool, Hot Tub (hours: 9:30am - 10pm daily; pools closed Jan-Feb; hot tubs open year round)

Ocean Club G301 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the oceanfront of Indian Beach. Bedroom #1 features a King Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 features a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Shared Bath. Spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas with ocean views. Covered balcony with furniture overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Amenities include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Flat Panel TVs; Wet Bar, Beverage Refrigerator; Interior Washer/Dryer; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerators with Attached Ice Maker, Stand-Alone Ice Maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher; Covered Balcony with Furniture.
