Tequila Sunrise is the perfect family vacation home. The coastal chic home offers plenty of room with the first-floor living area with a pool table and a second-floor living area with a large sectional for relaxing after a sun filled day at the beach or the private pool. The fully stock kitchen makes family dinners a must, and the large dining table is perfect for dinner seating or family game night.

• Private pool (Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day)

First Floor 

• Living area with pool table, TV, wet bar, wine chiller, and large deck with patio furniture.  
• Bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bath with shower and bathtub, private access to deck.  
• Powder room  
• Laundry room with door to stairway to pool.  
• Bedroom with 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bath with shower and bathtub, and private pool side balcony access. 
• Bedroom with 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bath with shower and bathtub, and private pool side balcony access. 

 
Second Floor 

• A fabulous kitchen with large island 
• Dining area with a table that seats 18 
• Living room with TV, very comfortable and grand sectional, from this space you have easy access to another large deck and stairway to crow's nest.  
• Primary bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite luxury bathroom with walk in shower, and private access to pool balcony.  
• Bedroom with 4 twins (2 bunk beds) ceiling fan, and private access to pool balcony.  
• Full hall bath with stand-up shower
