Welcome to 1 Abundant Ocean Life. This lovely pet friendly home is perfect for family gatherings. Uniquely decorated with a split level living and kitchen space.  The 12X24 private pool can be heated October through May for $100.00 a day for the duration of the reservation. Your dog is welcome with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150.00. Pool heat request must be made 4 days prior to arrival or there will be an additional service fee.  Beach access directly across the street.

Ground level:

• 6 Parking spots

First Floor:

• Living room and kitchen are large and have plenty of seating for all gatherings. 
• 1 bedroom with queen bed TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom with tub and shower
•  Washer and dryer are located in the hall with  common bathroom
• 1 bedroom with queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, access to common bathroom.

Second Floor:

• 1 bedroom street side with queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom shower.
• 1 bedroom with two bunks (4) single beds, TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom shower.
• 1 bedroom with a queen bed and one bunk singles, TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom shower.

 
Dog friendly $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. 2 dogs maximum allowed. 
Winter Rental Rates 2026-2027
$3960.00 per month - you must call our office on 866-931-5201 to inquire; cannot be reserved on line.  
Monthly rentals available November-December 2026 & January-March 2027
Linens are not included for monthly rentals. Utilities included.
