Enjoy the ocean breeze from your furnished patio and relax after a long day on the beach. Only steps away to the large swimming pool, children's wading pool, hot tub and the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Parking is conveniently located at the front door. Very close proximity to sports complex, indoor heated pool, exercise room, tennis courts and charcoal grill. Weekly only. Available year-round including monthly in the off-season. No smoking. No pets.

Please note the C building is currently undergoing planned off-season maintenance and upgrades to include stairwell replacements. While the project is in progress, the elevator remains fully accessible and any temporary detours are clearly marked to ensure guest convenience and safety. The work is being carefully coordinated to minimize noise and disruption. We appreciate your understanding and are confident it will not affect your enjoyment of your stay.

This oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

September and October $5,800; November - March $2,800; April $3,200; May $4,800. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.
