The first floor features a cozy den with a TVperfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring. This level also includes a convenient laundry room and two of the five bedrooms, along with a full bathroom, providing comfort and accessibility for guests of all ages.

Head upstairs to the spacious main living area, where you'll find comfortable seating, another TV, and plenty of room to relax. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen offer all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig, blender, dishwasher, full-size oven, and refrigerator.

Step out onto the expansive balcony and take in the stunning ocean viewsan ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. Down below, a fenced-in yard provides space for the dogs to play while you fire up the grill for a cozy night in.

Total bedding includes 3 Queens, 3 Doubles, and 2 Twins.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with $75 Pet Fee per dog + tax. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
