It features many upgrades, including an expanded fence and pool deck with pool-bar area, smart TVs, and cable throughout, plus new mattresses, kitchen and laundry appliances. The private pool includes water basketball and pool toys for 'kids of all ages'. Marvel at sunrises and starry nights from the spacious deck. Spend your days swimming, playing and relaxing at the beach.

Gather with family and friends in the great room, while preparing meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen or backyard barbecue. Relax and read in the den, or play ping pong in the large rec room. You are also sure to enjoy the nearby Corolla Historic Park, Corolla Light Village, and private community amenities: oceanfront pool and restaurant, organized kids' activities, playground and basketball court; plus indoor/outdoor tennis, seasonal trolley, and an indoor pool and fitness center.

Mid Level: Queen  Primary  Bedroom with smart TV, deck access and private bathroom, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Bunk Set, Trundle plus  with flat-screen TV/DVD, Bedroom with 2 Singles,  flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access,  full hall bathroom and a den with smart TV. Laundry area with washer, dryer and a full-size refrigerator with ice maker.  

Top Level:  Large open great room with lighthouse and ocean views, large smart TV, gas fireplace and deck access. Dining area with table seating 10-12, beautiful ocean views and deck access, kitchen with 2 ovens and counter seating for 4 people, half bathroom and the sunroom with desk and flat-screen TV. King Primary Bathroom Suite  with smart TV, deck access and a large private bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly $500 fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

This home has an exterior camera on the home facing the driveway.  

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
