Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a handicap entry ramp, universal electric car charger, fully gated private pool   (heated for a fee)  with hot tub, firepit, artificial grass with cornhole boards, covered patio, poolside bar with beverage/wine cooler, ice-maker, sink, dishwasher, warming drawers and flat screen TV, bar seating for 6, ping pong table, gas grill and outside shower, private walkway to the beach with dune top seating.   Inside you'll find an elevator to all levels, 2 King Master Bedrooms each with private bathroom, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and a private bathroom, Room with 2 Bunk Sets  (no closet) and a full hall bathroom with 2nd door access to the pool area.

Mid Level: 1 King Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access 3 Queen Master Bedrooms each with private bathrooms and deck access, private office, den with TV and deck access and laundry room with washer and dryer with utility sink.  

Top Level: Open living space with ocean views!   Great room with TV, electric color changing fireplace, and covered deck access and gourmet kitchen with 2 refrigerators, mini-refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, breakfast bar seating 2 and corner nook table. Dining room seating 10, elevated sitting area, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access.  

Extras: Private Pool (40 x 28,  heated for $500), hot tub, ELEVATOR, TVs, Sonos speakers throughout house and on pool deck, gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, handicap friendly, private beach access with dune deck, Universal electric car charger, artificial grass area with cornhole boards, poolside bar with beverage/wine cooler, ice-maker, sink, dishwasher, warming drawers, ping pong table, Keurig, mini-refrigerator, internet access, electric fireplace and linens and towels provided. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.  

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.*This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
