Ground Level: Inside you'll find a Recroom with 8' pool table/ping pong conversion, large flat-screen TV/DVD, full size refrigerator, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Den with foosball table, flat-screen TV and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, and private bathroom,  Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, and a  Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, flat-screen TV/DVD and semi-private bath (second access door to hallway).

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV/DVD, kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 4, tiki bar seating for 4, dining area with seating for 14, sitting area with 2 pub tables seating 2 each, deck access and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with soaking tub and spacious shower and deck access.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not available for guest use.  
This property does NOT offer beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
