Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk at Mile Post 2, this Brindley Beach vacation rental puts you close to popular restaurants and local shops.

Ground Level: Carport, enclosed outside shower and exterior and interior stairs to the top level. Offers an additional private bedroom with a separate exterior entrance from the main home (no interior access to the top level). This bedroom offers 2 DuoBunks, TV, window AC, full-size refrigerator, laundry area with washer and dryer and a private bathroom.  

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and ocean views, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating for 10 with a beverage refrigerator and access to a partially covered Oceanside deck with great ocean views. 2 Queen Master Bedrooms  each with TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and a full hall bathroom. Den with TV.

Extras: 5 TVs, 1 DVD player, beverage refrigerator, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, books, games, enclosed outside shower, central AC, electric heat, window AC for the ground level room, parking for 5 cars, charcoal grill, 5 ceiling fans, sun deck, ocean views, picnic table, deck furniture, high chair, baby gates, clothesline, bike rack and back yard area. No Smoking. NO PETS. Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Singles, 3 DuoBunks. Distance to beach access: 150'. House Address: 5026 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.

Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $250.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This property does not provide beach chairs.  

We kindly request that you do not use house receptacles to charge electric vehicles.  

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
