Ground Level: Inside you'll find the Rec Room with flat-screen TV, pool table, Futon, wet bar with sink and mini-refrigerator, deck access and a half bath. Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set  and TV, Master Bedroom with a Bunk Set, DayBed,  Trundle and flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, King Master Bedroom with smart TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles  and a full hall bathroom. Foyer with half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo and deck access. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, breakfast bar seating 4 and access to the screened porch with 2 picnic tables. Dining area seating 10 with deck access, half bathroom, second dining area seating 4 with a second full size-refrigerator. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, and a Queen Master Bedroom.

2027, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/9/27 - 10/11/27
Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 10% repeat renter discount on 2026 reservations and a 5% repeat renter discount on 2027 reservations. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

This home does not provide beach chairs.  

Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.  

Note: There is a security camera directed to the front driveway of the property.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
