Hardwood flooring runs through the great room and kitchen. Granite countertops welcome you. The décor has a relaxed coastal flair with soft color and great bedding. Each of the five bedrooms has deck access which adds a comfy outdoor area hugged by oaks on ancient sand dunes. 

Speaking of sand dunes… you can walk to the beach, the oceanfront complex with pools, a playground, a kiddie pool, bathrooms, and snacks.  Your stay also comes with access to Corolla Light's Sports Center Complex which offers cardio, weights, indoor pool, hot tub and more for all ages.

As you spend time outdoors at Coastal Charm, relax on polywood outdoor furniture by the private and newly resurfaced pool! Yes, this pool does offer privacy thanks to the trees around the pool fence. You can enjoy grilling and meals poolside without feeling like the neighbors are crowding you. Additionally, you can enjoy time in the hot tub on the middle level deck. The ground-level rec room has a full-size pool table and a half bath that is very convenient from the pool deck. Memories will be made at “Coastal Charm”.

Does anyone need to work while on vacation? The top-level loft is a great spot to have your own space for work.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
