This villa offers all the comforts of home in a tropical atmosphere including a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and a sundeck with outside dining. Enjoy a private oceanfront beach club and beach access, shared elevator access to the unit, covered parking, and lots of extras. There is easy access to the beach from this second-row condo, with ocean views from the porch, and living and kitchen area windows. It's a very short stroll to sunbathing & surfing the fabulous Atlantic Ocean. Golf carts are allowed but limited to one golf cart per unit. There is a new dedicated electrical outlet for golf cart charging underneath in the parking area. No drop cords are allowed to charge the golf carts. Charger must be plugged into the electrical outlet.  New for 2023: New LVP flooring throughout, new outdoor deck furniture, freshly repainted, tv's mounted on walls, and a new stainless refrigerator. To watch TV's guest must use their own streaming accounts. No cable is provided.

       Amenities include Isles Beach Club at the Isle Restaurant. Privileges include pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, (Pool area only available May- Memorial day Weekend through September- Labor day ) Tiki bar, and the Isles Restaurant.
