Prefer the company of nature?  Walk roughly 15 minutes down the beach and cross into the wild horse sanctuary to watch for the famous Corolla wild horses which roam here - or hike the adjoining boardwalk maritime forest trail for a stunning sunset.

Anchors Away is not only close to the beach access – have your toes in the sand in no time with only 3 houses between you and the ocean - but you also have your own private pool with ample patio seating, string lighting, fans, and a picnic table and hot tub. There are enough decks to spread out and enjoy the view, with glimpses of the ocean and lighthouse - and a screened in porch to enjoy the great sea breezes and sunsets. Wait until you see the granite island and bar, the perfect happy hour gathering! You will have plenty of help in the fully equipped kitchen.

Located in Villages at Ocean Hill you have access to a wide variety of community amenities – an oceanfront pool with snack bar plus a second soundside pool and turtle walk, a community fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and sand volleyball.

Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
