The first floor features an open concept floor plan, including a living room with a wet bar, dining area, and large kitchen. A handsome staircase with rod iron banisters leads to the second-floor seating area, including a wet bar. Aesthetic features include opulent 24" Travertine floors, found on all levels of this home. You can also enjoy luxurious memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms, providing the rest you deserve.  

First Floor  - Oceanfront master bedroom (King) has a raised ceiling that is accented with mood lighting. The master bath has granite countertops and vessel sinks with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. Extensive tile work on the walk-in shower and surrounding the Whirlpool tub. The first floor also features one additional bedroom (Queen) with a private balcony facing north.

Second Floor  - Oceanfront master bedroom (Queen) and master bath that includes granite countertops and designer tile work that is sure to please. The second oceanfront bedroom (Queen) on this floor has a private bath. There are two additional bedrooms (2 Twins) & (Queen), which share a bathroom with a tub and have balconies facing the Intracoastal Waterway.  

Third Floor  - Features a very spacious bedroom suite (King) with 180-degree panoramic ocean views, a private oceanfront balcony, and a large seating nook with a breakfast bar. Two additional bedrooms (King) & (Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle) are also on this floor.
