DESCRIPTION
Main Level: One bedroom with two double beds and a TV. Another bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a TV. There is a bathroom with a toilet and sink in the bedroom with the queen and single. There is a hallway bath with a shower/tub combo. A half bath for convenience.
Upper Level: A master bedroom featuring a king bed and a TV. A full bath, offering more privacy for the upper level. Access to a large street-side deck with patio furniture and a swing, perfect for relaxation.
Amenities: Elevator access, seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing board, and five Smart TVs located in the living area, all bedrooms and the outside balcony. Wi-Fi is available for internet access. A dining table that seats four, and five additional stools at the kitchen bar. The private balcony offers a gorgeous ocean view, while the community area features Hibachi grills and a picnic table near the pool.
Other details include keyless entry and a no-smoking, no-pets policy.
Parking is limited by Condo Association regulations, disallowing boats, jet skis, trailers, or golf carts in parking spaces.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
