OCEAN ISLE VILLAS - 305 West First Street Unit C-1 - This first floor, oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the street side bedroom, and two single beds in the third. The dining table seats four.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, 3 Smart TVs, ceiling fans, blender, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers fantastic views of the beach and ocean. Hibachi style grills are provided for guests' use, and are located near the pool.

This property has one parking spot per condo.

This property has KEYLESS ENTRY.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
