The bedroom includes a brand new queen mattress, flat screen TV and ceiling fan for comfort. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper sofa. The living room also includes a Smart TV, two chairs and dinette table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, inluding Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. The sliding glass doors open up onto an expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Further down the deck is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

There is no washer and dryer on the property.

Stay includes high speed internet and central heat and air.

EV charging strictly prohibited at this complex. Includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.

This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
