The outdoor kitchen makes hosting a breeze, complete with a mini fridge, wet bar, and TV. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the hot-and-cold outdoor shower and relax in the refreshing coastal breeze.

Inside, this home features five inviting bedrooms, including a converted loft, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests:

Downstairs Bedroom 1: Two queen beds

Downstairs Bedroom 2: One queen bed plus a double-over-double bunk with a pull-out single trundle.
These two first floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs Bedroom 3: One queen bed - ensuite bath / shower only

Upstairs Bedroom 4: One king bed - ensuite bath / shower only

Loft Bedroom 5: One double bed

The main-level bathroom features a large double vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second floor features a full hall bathroom with a shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, an oversized refrigerator/freezer, and a wine fridge, while the dining table seats eight with three additional bar stools at the counter. A bright, spacious family room provides the perfect spot to gather and relax.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
