This reverse floorplan home was designed for family and friends' enjoyment and comfort. This home has five bedrooms and five and a half baths on two levels.

The top floor of this home has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and living area. The dining table seats ten and there are three stools at the kitchen island. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen. The bath for the queen bedroom opens to the hallway. Both bedrooms have access to the deck facing the lagoon.

The first level has three bedrooms and bonus living area with a half bath. The first level master bedroom has a king bed with private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks and a private bath. One of the bunk beds has a trundle. This bedroom sleeps five.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Top bunk beds will not be made. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Elevator, private pool (Pool and spa can be heated in off season for extra charge of $100 a day - 3 Night Minimum - Must notify Williamson Realty in writing at least one week in advance) and access to the Islander Resort oceanfront community pool at The Isles Restaurant. This property does not provide cable service; however, streaming is provided with owner's password on 7 TVs with Disney +, Hulu and ESPN. There are two dishwashers, a gas grill, a golf cart outlet on ground level, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, central heat and air, a washing machine and dryer, microwave, blender and secure WIFI.
